锂-二氧化锰电池的负极是金属锂(Li),正极是特种二氧化锰,电解质是有机溶剂。功率型内部卷芯结构为卷绕式,可以满足大功率高脉冲放电要求。

锂-二氧化锰电池的密封结构分为全密封和半密封两种。

 

产品特点

 

高且稳定的工作电压

标称电压3.0V,且放电电压平稳,无电压滞后现象。

 

使用温度范围广

柱式:-40℃~85℃;币式:-20℃~70℃;胎压扣电:-40℃~125℃。

 

可满足大电流/高脉冲倍率放电要求

 

较好的贮存寿命及可靠性

全密封结构:室温条件(20±5℃)下,年自放电率约1%;

半密封结构:室温条件(20±5℃)下,年自放电率约2%。

 

良好的密封性能

全密封结构:电池的盖组与钢壳采用激光焊接密封,盖组的正、负极之间通过PFA-金属铆接进行绝缘和密封;

半密封结构:电池的盖组与钢壳采用封口机压紧密封,正负极之间通过胶圈进行绝缘和密封。

 

绿色无污染

不含汞、镉、铅等重金属,无环境危害。
